Al-Imam Mohammad Ibn Saud Islamic University is organizing this international conference is to establish a forum where discussions on vital issues related to life with disabilities can be initiated, facilitated and performed. The special focus on education, employment, independence, communication and entertainment for people with special needs in order to ensure the complete social inclusion of this important segment of the society, will be helpful in understanding the role of technology to alleviate the sufferings and to solve this growing humanitarian crisis.

This conference will also help Saudi Policy makers and authorities to improve and revolutionize their efforts to tackle this serious problem by providing them opportunity to review existing usage of technology in the country to assist disabled people and to compare best practices of remaining world thus transforming Kingdom of Saudi Arabia into a role-model country, facilitating its population with special needs not only with best socioeconomic policies but also with latest technology utilization.

We have invited well-known speakers from Industry and Academia from all over the world, with emphasis on the USA. In addition to traditional paper session, the agenda of conference also includes panel discussions, workshops and Invited talks that will enrich participants with new ideas, latest finding, best practices and future trends of the field.
